Marina is the founder of The Banana Nut Bread Collective, a strategic advisory and go-to-market consultancy built on a simple belief: the most successful brands are created when every ingredient works together.

With experience across marketing, brand strategy, operations, and commercialization, Marina has helped build and launch programs for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Her experience spans both agency and in-house leadership roles, giving her a unique ability to connect strategy to execution—and ensure alignment across teams that drives real business results.

In 2018, Marina experienced a life-changing stroke. Two weeks following, she learned she was pregnant with her first child. That moment reshaped her perspective on life, passion and leadership: every day is a new opportunity to build something better than yesterday.

Today, through The Banana Nut Bread Collective, she partners with founders and emerging brands to refine their “recipe for success”—aligning marketing, operations, fulfillment, and sales into cohesive, scalable go-to-market strategies.

Outside of work, Marina is a builder in every sense of the word. She’s often found channeling her creativity into hands-on projects, from designing thoughtful events and experiences for family and friends to bringing new ideas to life through branding and storytelling. She enjoys staying active through tennis, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her two young children. A lifelong learner with a love for both strategy and creativity, she’s equally energized by a (very) strong cup of coffee, a great brainstorm session, and the simple joy of a recipe (or go-to-market plan) perfected over time.
